1. Reasons accepted for problematic items: Wrongly-arranged products: Products are in wrong sizes, wrong colors and wrong styles from what the product info pages display.
Please report to us for any problematic items within 48 hours after you receive the item. Overdue reporting will not be processed.
2. Reasons NOT accepted for problematic items: We do not accept subjective reasons for returns : (Not good looking, changing mind, do not like the color, color difference, material not high-quality enough, not as pretty as expected, too transparent, too large or too small...). We won't response to the return request on above reasons.
- The return item needs to be in new conditions, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customers.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit with a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- If your return is not accepted (due to it's not in new, re-sellable condition), we will return the item to you and you are responsible for the shipping costs.
- Colors may vary due to monitors as computer monitors are not all calibrated equally. It's not guaranteed the color looks exactly the same as what's on customers' computer monitors.
- You won't be responsible when we send you wrong style, wrong size or defected products.
